Why it works
How does EWA improve financial wellness?
It gives your team a better option between paydays. And for employers, it’s cost neutral.
Alleviates personal financial stress
Breaks the payday loan cycle
Between weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay cycles, unexpected costs like medical bills, car repairs or a higher utility bill can push workers towards expensive short-term loans or credit card debt.
Focus and wellbeing
Money worries are a big cause of workplace stress and burnout. When employees can cover urgent costs with pay they’ve already earned, their wellbeing improves and the risk of fatigue and resignation falls.
Puts employees in control of their money
Better cash-flow management
EWA lets workers line up their income with what’s due, like regular bills, so they avoid late fees and overdraft charges.
Autonomy and respect
Trusting employees with access to the pay they’ve already earned builds mutual trust and respect between your business and your team.

FAQs
Questions employers ask.
How much will CashD cost my employees?
Employees pay a one-off fee of 1.99%, although some employers pay it on their behalf. There are no late fees, hidden fees or interest. All fees are clearly stated in the app.
How much will CashD cost my business?
Nothing. Your employees pay to use CashD, not you, although some employers choose to pay on their behalf.
How is CashD different from payday loans and early wage access?
CashD isn’t a loan. There are no credit checks, no interest, no late fees, and employees can’t default. Any earned wages taken are exactly that: wages already earned that the employee is accessing before payday.
What is earned wage access?
A service that lets employees access their earned wages on demand, instead of waiting for payday.
Are there any activity reports I can access to monitor uptake and usage of CashD?
Yes. Employers have their own interface, with a wealth of reports to view and export.
What controls do I have?
In the employer portal you can revoke or limit employee access, set up blanket controls, and view and run deduction files.
Does offering CashD expose the company to financial risks?
No. CashD funds wage withdrawals directly and automates payroll deductions to prevent employer risk.
How do I sign up to use CashD?
Either book a demo or sign up directly in the CashD portal. If your payroll, workforce management or HR/HRIS software partners with us, you can also sign up through their website or app.
How does this benefit me as an employer?
Benefits include increased employee satisfaction, improved talent attraction, zero impact on employer cash flow, and better productivity by easing employees’ financial stress.
How long does it take to set up a CashD account and offer it to employees?
It only takes 5 minutes to set up your account and then invite employees through our app. CashD is fully integrated with your payroll, workforce management or HR/HRIS software.
What does my finance team need to do?
Nothing. The whole solution is automated. The CashD deduction file is either delivered on an automated schedule or viewed and uploaded by your payroll officer, depending on the integration you use.
Will CashD affect my company’s cash flow?
It doesn’t. CashD provides the funds and is reimbursed through automatic post-tax deductions on payday.
